We entrusted our beloved elderly cat mia who needs daily medication and were realy pleased when we were told about liz and were very inpressed with the cathaven set up,whilst we were away she kept in contact with us to put us at ease and to reassure us that mia was ok.we would highly recommend cathaven as it is a home from home for cats. Thanks liz . Companion Care Vets Plymouth

Inside Pets at Home Unit A2, Friary Retail Park, Exeter St, Plymouth PL4 0HD, UK – 01752 235140

Very very good service from receponists to the vet's especially the the 2 Sophies 1x Vet, 1x receponist very passionate about animals, great people skills, caring & considerate

Incredibly rude reception staff, I think they need a course in customer service. However the senior vet, Mark is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, as are some of the lovely nurses. Unfortunately reception lets the vetinary practice down.

Elm Veterinary Group

28 Outland Rd, Plymouth PL2 3DF, UK – 01752 567567

Nice surgery and lovely, friendly staff. Makes a fuss of your pets. Even if you only phone with an enquiry, they are completely helpful and they make sure your fully happy with whatever has been discussed. Totally happy with joining their surgery for our pets.

My dog, Dino, has always received top quality medical care and equally important the staff (from receptionists through nurses and vets) have shown him affection. This was demonstrated when he was attacked by another dog. Dino was seen without an appointment and treated straight away. I am extremely grateful to have such a good practice on my doorstep.

Really friendly staff. Easy to book appointments and they help sort out meds quickly and efficiently.
