Popped in to get my new bike setup e.g ride height etc....... Dan the mechanic was very knowledgeable and set my bike up to suit my height. All done for free, I didn’t even by the bike from them. From a customer service point of view they exceeded my expectations. If you want a 17 year old spotty kid who doesn’t know his stuff go to Halfords. If you want knowledgable staff where nothing is too much trouble go to Evans. Oh they even cut my seat post to the right height. 5star service don’t go elsewhere!
High quality items for a range of cyclists. This place caters to almost all cyclists whether you want a new bike or repair, Road; Mountain; Hybrid; Commuter Bikes are available. Staff are knowledgeable and service is great. Pros - see above - Free cycle pump use Cons - premium pricing (although quality items)

Very helpful and friendly. I needed new overshoes and they let me try on every different make, even ones that had just arrived in the shop and hadn't been put on display.
As someone who is keen to use local, smaller businesses, rather than just the big companies, I decided to use TDW to sort out a minor problem with my mtb. From first entering the shop, I felt that Mike and the staff actually wanted me to be there. Not only did we discuss the issue I had with my bike, but also, looked at ways of changing riding position/gearing, etc. I eventually asked for a service whilst they had the bike, and got it back a few days later. I'm very pleased with, not just the work they did, but also the friendly, but thoroughly professional manner in which I was treated as a customer. I now intend to use TDW as my 'go to' shop for my mtb needs.

When considering buying an electric bike I found Gareth of Devon Electric Bikes both knowledgeable and patient. He was able to answer any questions I had and let me test ride as many different makes and models as I wished without pressure to buy. Needless to say, I ended up buying from him and am very happy with my purchase. I believe the true mark of a good dealer is in their after sales service. I did have a minor problem with the bike not long after purchase which was dealt with without question and quickly to my total satisfaction. Thus I have no reservation in highly recommending Gareth and Devon Electric Bikes.
Bosch controller was down but quickly replaced and software updated. We had a lot in common so experience was great. Would not hesitate to recommend.
